Fees
Both MEDIATED cases and LITIGATED cases are billed at a rate of $325.00 per hour. Should you decide to retain this office, a written fee agreement must be entered into between you and the firm. Whether mediated or litigated, our firm will do everything possible to minimize the cost to you. We realize that you are going through enough emotional strain, and do not need to worry about excessive legal fees. At the initial consultation the fees, how they are calculated, and the approximate total cost will be discussed in detail, together with a complete description of the entire divorce process actually works, how long it may take, etc.
